The Production Process

Payment in-advance is received by On-Hold Advertising.

Information about your company is supplied via fax, mail,
phone or e-mail.

Script draft is prepared by staff creative writer.

Script draft is sent to you via fax, e-mail or snail-mail
for review and approval.

You return the script draft with changes and/or revisions
to On-Hold Advertising with your signature on each page.

Following signature on the script, a recording session is
booked.

A music bed is chosen from our licensed music library. You
can specify if you would like to choose the music bed or allow us to decide
for you.

You purchase or supply the CD player. This is a boombox-style
player that can be purchased from a consumer electronics store, and must
have a 'repeat' function for continuous play. A Walkman-style player
is not recommended.

Once recorded, mixed and put on CD format, the production
is returned via mail and you should receive your production within 5 working
days following the recording session.

A note on our turn-around timetable: The normal turn-around
time is based on the time at which you give us signed script approval.

**Your telephone system needs to have the capability of playing
music through the phone lines which may require the assistance of a telecommunications
specialist. It is best to check ahead of time to see if your phone system
is set up for 'Music On-Hold'.
